This kit includes two heavy-duty idler pulleys: a double-bearing grooved pulley to replace the OEM steel unit used on the belt tensioner for the supercharger drive, and a double-bearing smooth idler pulley to replace the OEM unit directly beneath the supercharger pulley.
These CNC-machined billet pulleys are machined from solid 6061 aluminum, and each is fitted with two high-speed, high-load, double-seal roller bearings.
As shown, each pulley includes a matching bearing cover and the appropriate stainless steel socket-head fastener.
The rear side and belt surface of each pulley is hardcoat anodized in black to resist wear and maximize supercharger belt life.
These pulleys install as direct replacements for the original pulleys, with no special tools required, and no belt change is necessary.
The included tensioner pulley is slightly oversize to optimize belt wrap at the supercharger pulley.
Both pulleys measure 76mm (about 3") in diameter.
