The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Return Policy
No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Lyons Performance LLC All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Custom parts, special order items or any that have been altered or damaged will not be accepted. Returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Refunds will be in the form of credit. No returns after 30 days. |
